You can get married out of the country but in order for it to be legal you must register it in the US. I stand corrected if I'm wrong. However, I do think some countries have that rule but its may be if you plan to live there after marriage. Again I could be wrong.

In my opinion Tammi was feeling some sort of way b/c Eve stood up against bullying, however, Eve did not say anything directly about Tammi but she showed affection for Keshia after the whole ordeal. Tammi was actn a bit stand-offish on the reunion. I think she feels as though Eve should have been on her side. Evelyn wasnt no fool she knew taking Tammi side and getting all gangsta would have ruined her chances of continuing to be a reality tv star. But had they all been adults from the beginning and shut the argument down before it got out of hand, they could have saved Tammi's reputation!
