A controversy is brewing after Frank Ocean Tweeted that Target stores would not be carrying his new album Channel Orange...
Frank Ocean caused a buzz last week after outing himself in an open letter to fans [click here if you missed that], but did declaring his sexually really get Frank kicked out of Target?
Frank's manager Christian Clancy fueled the rumors tweeting,
"Target has refused to carry Frank's album because of iTunes exclusive. Interesting since they also donate to non-equal rights organizations."Clancy quickly deleted his Tweet and later recanted in another series of tweets,
"I apologize for my comments about Target. They are not carrying Frank's album because it went digital first. Not for ANY other reason. … My response was simply an emotional knee jerk reaction. … Stop. Breath. Do the best you can. Be honest. Keep it moving."

The album is not free online. He is only streaming it for people to listen before purchasing. Personally, I wish I were more impressed with it, but I'm not. He's got some bangers on YouTube though. I wish him the best.

i dont think it was free on itunes, but if there is a digital version, it often is about 2 or more dollars cheaper than buying the cd. why would you pay more for the cd unless you like hard copies.
