According to reports Bobby is being treated for alcoholism.
Back in April Bobby Brown was sentenced to three years probation, one day time served and ordered to attend a 90-day alcohol education program after pleading no contest to a drunk driving charge [click here if you missed that].

Well Im glad it wasnt because of him using drugs. Hell I drink everyday. But I dont Drink N Drive. I go to work 5 days a week, and go in sober. But when I drink its a glass of Moscato with dinner.
The excuses can only go so far though. The brotha has a new family to live for as well as his older children. He has to do better than this..
This dont have SHIT to do with Whitney or BobbiK. Bobby have been a ALCOHOLIC way before being with whitney. Bobby probably been drinking with his drunk looking daddy and drunk looking brother when he was a teenager.. People need to stop bringing up whitney as an excuse for bobby being a AL-KEY.

Exactly! It doesn't matter if he was a alcoholic before then. He was in Rehab getting treatment. A tragic event will cause a person to relapse! Especially if a love one dies suddenly!

I saw him at Wingate Field 2 weeks ago in Brooklyn, NY for the MLK Concert Series. I thought he sounded horrible. He seemed out of breath but that ghetto ass crowd ate it up. I guess they could relate. So to read this happening to him I am not surprised at all.
Alcoholism is a tough disease, at least he went to rehab instead of someone finding him in a ditch somewhere. Some people check into rehab to prevent from falling off the wagon, if their "urges" become too strong.
He's been dealing with a lot with Bobbi Kris and Whitney's death even getting married (that's a stressor too).
This is a type of sickness that he can't battle alone. So I will pray for the brother's mind, body and soul. This is nothing God can't fix. Been there...Done that!!!
Maybe he was alcoholic before Nippy,but her death situation didnt help and then with the Houstons pitting him against his daughter. Of Course he drinking heavy again. Deny it if you will,but Whitney loved Bobby and Bobby Brown loved Whitney....and her death,is pushing him over the edge. It takes a fool not to see that.
