Unless Scrappy is providing in other ways I wouldn't take him off. I had a friend who said she didn't believe in taking men to child support even though her dead beat baby father who she allowed to see the children regularly but couldn't get to even bring pampers for the baby or a winter coat for the toddler. And by saying "don't believe" she literally used the words "I don't believe in filing for child support". She got sick and had to spend a bit of time in the hospital and on bed rest so she allowed the father to take the kids. This negro went down to the court and filed for full custody and child support on her.

Depends where you are in GA I lived a couple years in a small farm town and I'll say their reading program was ahead of ILs by about two grade levels. Their math program was behind by about 2. I didn't really feel the brunt of that because my parents did home schooling pretty much on top of what I learned at the public school.

I'm a female and I don't believe in court appointed child support. If a man is giving you money to the best of his ability then don't get the courts involved just cause you mad. A man could be giving you money but then have an emergency. If he comes to you and says I will have to double up next month that should be cool. But if the courts are taking his money auto every 2 wks then he's strapped. I don't think that's right. I live in city where they're about to start taking people's driver's licenses for back child support. I don't agree with that either. Side Eyeing these heffas talking about they don't believe in child support. How many of you believe in Welfare? You would rather have the state pay your bills than the man who fathered your children.
I don't have any children because although I consider myself well off for my situation I don't believe I'm ready to take on a child and would rather not try to deal with a lot of the guys out here. Finding a negro in his late 20s without children is like digging in the ground for platinum with a spoon and fork.
I've seen waaaaaay too many issues and I don't generally hang out hood rat types. I'm talking about women who married or hooked up with the fathers of their children and it didn't work out. Now these guys think that "child support" is buying gifts at christmas and nothing more.
Before I get called a man basher I know a couple women who have found their asses in jail for not paying child support. I just think people who have decided to live their lives away from their children often don't want to contribute to the full package of providing for a child.

Well personally I don't believe in Child support or Welfare. I don't believe in government treading in my business for ANY reason. I do not need the feds (who are broke themselves btw) taking care of me or paying my bills. That's what finding a job/creating a job is all about.
Many people (more than likely black women) who are child support stans are only cheering for the system because it's been in place for a long time and think it's normal. It is NOT normal. The only reason why it has become this way is because America has risen a generation of lazy morons devoid of morals and standards who think they are always entitled to something instead of getting off their asses and making shit happen for themselves.
Erica, MiMi and women like them need to get off their ass, get an education (it doesn't even have to be from college, that's what the library/internet is for as well) and create a life for themselves and find men with high morals and motivation to want a relationship and family (since they already brought children in this world).

Those women are entitled to receive help from the man that helped create that child. Mimi owns her own business and Erica works, so I really don't get your point.
@8:52 I didn't know whether or not Erica and MiMi had jobs so I was just speaking in general using their names based on how they act. It's not normal because no one is entitled to anything but life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Before the creation of child support/welfare/social security people were doing just fine taking care of their children and home.
I'm not tearing down women (or even man) who take care of their responsibilities and raising their children. My point is that a lot of women use this system as a crutch to leech off of men who didn't want a child or a relationship with them, digging in their (and tax payers') pockets, and it's not right and it's not normal.

Child support became the norm after the states noticed how many women were filing for welfare and not factoring in their childrens father in the upbringing of the child. That's great you don't believe in welfare or child support. I'm sure there are a lot parents who have found a way to make sure that their children have everything they need sans state support or forced support from the parent.
The child should be taken care of bottom line but I see women filing for welfare but not holding the childs father to his responsibilities because it's supposedly not cool to file for support.
At the end of the day if both the women and men did what they needed to do to avoid pregnancy no one would have to worry about paying for children they can't afford or don't want to help take care of.
Child support has become norm in response to the lazy parenting you're talking about not the effect of it.
