The letter makes it clear that Janet, Randy nor Rebbie stand to make any financial gain by contesting the will. The main concern is the welfare of Michael Jackson's children and validity of the will. The siblings want an explanation for how Michael Jackson could have signed his will in California when there is indisputable proof that he was in New York at the time.
The letter ends by promising that Janet, Randy and Rebbie will continue to press forward in their search for the truth in order to carry out the wishes of their brother Michael.

There is a provision in the will that if anyone contests the will they will be completely cut out. As it stands Katherine will be taken care of for the rest of her life but if she allows her children to bully her into contesting the will then she could lose everything. They are not thinking of their mother but only themselves. Janet may not be thinking of how she could line her pockets with the money but I'm sure her brothers are calling her up and telling her their sob stories about how the government is after them for child support. I'm sure JJ would like to keep her own money.
Also there is a statutes of limitations on contesting the will and it has passed. The "evidence" made it all the way up to the supreme court and the supreme court found no reason to nullify the will. They've done all they can. The best they could do now is make things easier for Katherine but they're not. If she loses the guardianship she loses access to some of the money she's given for watching the kids.

^^ For those who don't understand a legal writ or guarnishment from the court was sent to Randy's bank for release of funds without Randy's say. More than likely his accounts were frozen while this was processed meaning Randy had no access to his own funds until bank releases the funds to the state.... Is there a copy of the back page of MJ's will on the net? It's possible for a will to be signed from anywhere without the presence of the lawyers who created it. All you would need is a notary or 2 to 3 witnesses. Doesn't really matter where the person is when it's done.

There are 24 hours in a day.
There are roughly 11 hours in the average business day.
Of course, business people, lawyers, and celebrities do not typically work a 9-5 day.

If the family isn't contesting the will why are they saying its fake? Is this their position to have the executors removed? Is it too late to contest the will? Either way the family is going to have to spend money to challenge an estate issue and its not going to be cheap. Most of the siblings that signed the letter are not having money problems. The way I see it MJ wanted his will and trust this way. The money involved, the level of expertise of the lawyers involved, and the watchful eye of the court is making MJ's will iron clad. I work in banking and I have to read trusts and court orders to determine how accounts should be open and who is legally allowed to be named on estate and trust accounts. I can't tell you how many times people try to tell me how to do things and not follow the law and how many times other bankers who have no understanding of the law open accounts in ways that allow the wrong person access to funds. I can tell you some horror stories.
The problem you see here is the Jacksons are pissed because the executors are following MJ's will and trust down to the periods. If it's not benefiting Katherine and the children it's not going to happen. Even Randy and Jermaines baby moma situation is benefiting Katherine because Alejandra planned to sue Katherine for trying to remove her from the home. The average person does not get this kind of control. It's not rare for people to ignore the will and do what they want with the funds because there often isn't enough money to merit double checks from the court. More often than not a member of the family is named executor not a lawyer. I think MJ had the right idea by handing it this way because if a family member were allowed to handle the estate they wouldn't have had the leverage in the industry to get the debt paid down by getting new deals. These kids wouldn't have gotten anything and there wouldn't have been any money to give anybody.

I've been coming to this site since about 2006. Snitch posted an audio of a conversation. It was a female's voice. So at least back then, Snitch aka That Bitch was a female. That's all I got.
She must have got a man/woman, a job, or somebody died. I mean, I read all the posts on other sites a day earlier than I do here, but I love this site. The comments are the realest!

@12:17am is right. Noone can get a Concorde coast to coast in the US. On a commericial jet, it takes approximately 6 hours to fly from the east coast to California and only 5 hours to fly back east due to the Jet Stream. I make the trip regularly.
