Joe Jackson Drops Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Joe Jackson has decided to drop the wrongful death lawsuit he filed against Dr. Conrad Murray for the death of his son Michael Jackson...

From The NY Daily News
Court records show Joe Jackson’s request for a dismissal was granted Monday. The filings do not elaborate on a reason for dropping pursuit of the case. Joe Jackson initially filed the lawsuit against Conrad Murray in June 2010 on the anniversary of his son’s death.
A federal judge dismissed the case but it was re-filed in a state court in Los Angeles. It sought civil damages against Murray for giving the singer a fatal dose of the anesthetic propofol without the proper life-saving equipment.

@1:43 You're a fool and probably an abuser. According to all family accounts, Joe beat Michael and the other kids when they didn't dance up to par or for singing the wrong notes.

No different than a parent that beats a kid for missing a football pass or not winning the track meet.

u sick fuck.

People. Read again. He dropped the federal suit. It was re-filed in state court. The burden of proof is lower and easier in state court. Remember the OJ case? The Goldman's lost the federal wrongful death suit, but refiled in State Court and won. That's why they monitor every dime O.J. makes so they can confiscate it to pay the judgment from state court. Joe Jackson ain't stupid. I see you Joe.
