I don't care for Lil Wayne's discrimination of his brown hued counterparts, but I must say I truly, truly admire his courage in being an individual. He's a rockstar at heart, and I know it was probably scary as hll to have this hardcore urban themed rap image and style and risk totally losin your fan base over skinny jeans and skateboards. I am very suprised he didn't just totally flop after he started making the style changes and being who he truly is...undefined, uncatergorized....just who he is. cool.
I'm happy for Wayne. He's been holding the game down with n.o on his back for a loooong time. Sit back and get that money baby.
Let's be real for a second, Wayne has ran out of lyrics to write. He is just like Beyonce (even though I am a fan) they both need to sit down and let the young ones take the spotlight. You can only write about drugs, sex, alcohol, and how to love for so long until that shit gets old. Like it is now, Wayne's mixtapes have been way better than the CDs he has been putting out..It's no "real" to his stories anymore...just my opinion.
