In 2009 Harlem rapper Max B, who wrote Jim Jones smash hit 'Ballin', was sentenced to 75 years in prison for orchestrating a robbery that turned into a murder [click here if you missed that].
Welp, Max just lost his latest appeal and won't be coming home for a loooooog time...
In 2006 Max B, his stepbrother and his stripper girlfriend set up a local baller in a botched robbery. Max was not present during the crime but his girlfriend testified against him in court [click here if you missed that].
Yesterday the New Jersey Appeals Court ruled to uphold the conviction and Max won't be eligible for parole until 2024.

Most of you obviously don't now the law. I am in law school and conspiracy crimes, aka crimes that are organized and arranged with a group of people, a group being more than 2, are always given higher sentences. Whether he was there or not, obviously the prosecutor proved beyond a reasonable doubt that he conspired with others to rob another man and from that a murder occurred. He's lucky he only got 75 years. SMH.
