The Estate filed documents asking the Probate judge to foot a portion of the bill on Janet's mortgage. Sources tell us ... Katherine Jackson has spent time at the condo and the Estate is willing to pay a pro rata share of the mortgage based on how much Katherine uses Janet's Vegas crib.
A hearing is pending on the Estate's request, which was filed before the Arizona incident.

She may be allowing them to pay for the expenses on her condominium because they hold the purse strings to Michael's fortune and part of the agreement is to make sure Katherine's overhead expenses are covered no matter where she goes, even if it is her own daughter's home. They certainly weren't going to give Janet money for nothing and Katherine did spend time there.
This may be done as a matter of principal and not necessarily financial gain. If Janet were desperate she would probably be trying to get them to pay it off and not just throw a few bucks at her. Janet's lover's money is irrelevant in this case. It is not his responsibility to pay for her mama a place to stay, and he's better off keeping his nose out of Jackson family business.
