Last week there was a scandalous rumor that Usher contacted his ex-wife Tameka and cruelly taunted her ahead of their child custody ruling that she was about to lose her sons [click here if you missed that].
Tameka confirms the call took place and other shocking information about their bitter child custody battle...
Tameka has been very active on Twitter lately and Tweeted a link to an investigative report completed by Hip Hop Enquirer regrading her case and assured her followers the report was accurate.
HHE uncovered that the court-appointed observer who testified that Tameka should be stripped of custody was chosen and paid for by Usher, and that that particular observer is known for siding with fathers in child custody cases.
HHE also revealed how media outlets filled the courtroom during Usher's testimony but were largely absent during Tameka's turn to rebut when testimony focused on Usher's neglect.
HHE questions why media outlets chose to spin the hotly contested Saks Fifth Ave card as a charge card when it's actually a discount card.
And lastly HHE confirms Tameka has Usher on tape taunting her about about the case.

you need either a court order or informed consent to record someone. that is why the customer service lines always tell callers that they may be recorded. if what she says is true, then that is a felony. chances are she's going to use the threat of a leak to muscle up on Usher. Well played, Tameka.

Well if this is true usher should not have called her. In some states you can record conversations without the other party knowing personal conversations not business.
ummm...a very quick Google search showed me that Georgia's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent" law for purposes of making audio recordings of conversations...so as ling as tameka gave her consent, it's all lagal.

I'm not saying Usher is innocent, but given the fact that it's extremely hard for fathers to win sole custody because the courts are in favor of the mother, is it any surprise that he would hire people who advocate for father's rights? These two just need to put their differences for one another aside and do what's best for the children. Unless Tameka is proved to be unfit, you can demand sole custody because you personally can't stand the person yourself. You made the children together, you'll have to find some way to raise them together.

It's amazing that at one point they looovveed each other - enough to have not one but two children together. HE had to see/witness and agree with her parenting skills because she had children coming into the relationship. NOW all of a sudden...there's a bitter divorce and now she's unfit. You know I really thought that after the tragedy and untimely death of Tameka’s son, that she and Usher would have put this case behind them and worked things out. I really felt sorry for Tameka. But now, seeing that she is still playing games, being conniving and using the two sons that she has with Usher as her meal ticket, I have lost all respect for her. She is too selfish and ignorant to see that God intervened so that these two could see that some things are just more important than money like family. This bytch is too caught up in trying to take all of Usher’s money and dragging his name thru the mud.

@ 2:19pm, it's amazing the things you over look when you're so called "in love". For all we know there could have been some red flags about each other that they both overlooked. I don't know Tameka personally, but I can say this much because I've been what they are going through, just vice versa: she's not over him or the relationship. My ex and I had been warring back and forth for three years because he hadn't gotten over our relationship, and it's extremely hard to co-parent when people can't put their feelings aside for the sake of the children because they then use the children as pawns and they stay playing games. It took him three years to come around and get his act together and realize it was over between us, and the focus should be on us raising our son to be a healthy man. Usher has moved on with someone else, you never hear him taking to twitter or FB or whatever bashing Tameka, but Tameka stays on twitter every chance letting the world know how she was "wronged". Okay and? Things don't work out, people break up, move the hell on about it. If Usher is wrong, he will get his karma, but better to leave it in the Lord hands then try to seek revenge on your own. However at the same time, the Lord tells us you reap what you sow..so she left her husband for Usher, the hurt is coming back to you....lesson learn, keep it moving, find away to raise your kids together.

Still curious as to whether this is primary physical custody or legal custody as well? Tameka will have visitation and perhaps some custodial rights, but how much and does she still share in upbringing legally?

Judge probably waited until Friday to rule to see how they would "act" this week.
Usher isn't perfect, either. No parent is, and it's a miracle our kids grow up and survive this cruel world.
It is not out of the ordinary for attorney's clients to pay for expert witnesses, interpreters, etc.
It was also not out of the ordinary for media outlets to fill the courtroom during Usher's testimony but not Tameka's, because HE is the famous one, not her.

Well, the case has been decided in the court of law, so there's not more she can do there, BUT if she has him on tape "taunting" her (which I believe is against the law if he wasn't aware of it, but that's a whole different beast) it won't get her children back, BUT it will definitely change "some" people "good" opinions of Usher. The woman just buried her son & you call & taunt her about losing 2 more...I believe Tameka AND Usher are EVEN when it comes to parenting skills, neither is really better than the other & b/c the boys are fairly young, Tameka and their surviving siblings are going to be just a "vague" memory to them!!! #sad #notcool@all

None of you really know who the better parent is. Obviously there was evidence to block Usher's claims because he got primary custody. If there is evidence to the contrary I'm sure Tameka will take him back to court to get the ruling reversed.
