Yesterday the child custody case between Usher and Tameka Raymond continued with Tameka taking the stand and admitting to having a shady past, but she was a little bit selective in what she was willing to admit...
On the stand Tameka admits stealing diapers for her son when she was 19 telling the court,
"Yes, I stole things. Please, I stole diapers before. I've gone in 7-Eleven and stolen diapers out of the store. I admit it, I was 19 years old, I'm not proud of it. I wouldn't do it now."
"When I lost my jobs and didn't have work, it was me and my crying baby at home. Just the two of us."Conveniently leaving out arrests in 1991 [click here if you missed that] and 2005 [click here if you missed that].
Usher is gunning for full custody of their two sons on the grounds that Tameka is an unfit mother and his attorneys wrapped up testimony with an opinion from a psychologist that Tameka has a "moderately severe mental disorder."
Tameka is trying to maintain joint custody plus an increase in child support from $8,000 a month to $11,000 a month.
Testimony is expected to continue today.

Tameka is correct a tour is not a place to be trying to watch or raise children that are that young. Usher probably just want them to use as ponds and to let Grace feels as if they have a new FAM. usher has no reason to be trying and strip her of her kids. I understand he doesn't want to foot the bill for child shupport - but if they lived with him and were being taken care of - he would be dishing out the same. Bringing up what this Mother did to pamper and feed her first son when she was just a teen is so low - I don't know what to think. He probably thought her moderate "crazy" was cute when they were together...And Tameka, take the $8K PER MONTH and be content...like Ev & Chad, I can't feel sorry for either of them (my heart does go out to her for the lost of her child), but other than that, nothing (her attitude BEFORE her son died was nasty, can't over-look that)& Usher you are an entertainer & everybody knows that entertainers don't raise their kids, nannies do, you will NOT be a full-time, hands-on parent either)...hopefully the best decision will be made for the boys.

Mrs. Raymond tried to tell him not to mess with her. She cheated with him so I know she expecited for him to cheat on her. She asked for more money when her access was declining.
