Tameka Raymond will not go quietly into the night and plans an immediate appeal of the ruling that stripped her of custody of her two sons with Usher...
Tameka feels Usher had an unfair advantage because, as was reported last week, the law firm that represented Usher in court contributed to the trial judge's election campaign back in 2008.
Sources tell TMZ Tameka is baffled by the ruling because she argued in court that Usher is constantly on the road, where as she has the more stable schedule.

They will be fighting over these kids until they graduate highschool. This is really sad that two adults can't come to a mutual agreement. It's just going to get uglier and nastier until something really crazy happens.
Just on the grounds that there was a biased judge on the bench she will get an appeal. Why her lawyers didn't request to have her step down is insanity.
I would fight for my kids also. Even tho he should be allowed to get his kids. But, this is a messy situation and I can only relate because my childs dead beat chicken shit sperm donor don't support his child at all. He supports his stripper girlfriend and don't pick up his son. I'm so blessed to have a husband that supports my child in every area of his life. So, with all that being said I pray they can work it out for their children's sake. At least he does want to be in their lives.
This whole situation is crazy.I know it's hard for anyone to give up their children,especially when one dies,but that's what I think Tameka should do.

One the show he never said he left Tameka because she was bad or evil he claims to have left her because his fans didnt like her.

The total judicial system finds Tameka tainted and will not lend her a serious ear. They will come up with the same decision rendered by the first Judge. She has to present a breach in the first proceedings in order to get an appeal. She is destroying herself and does not know it, poor thing...
This judge is not stupid I'M sure she covered her tracks in this case concerning an appeal, Karma is a bitch and a lot of Tameka'S wrong doing caught up with her. We all have to pay for our SINS before we leave this earth so live right and watch how you treat people.

Terrell Owens' NFL return lasted less than three weeks.
Owens was released by the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, part of the league-mandated roster reductions from 90 to 75 players.
The 38-year-old posted a message on his Twitter account shortly before 11 a.m. PDT that he had been released and the Seahawks made the move official later in the afternoon.

Owens wasn't the only veteran to get cut by the Seahawks. Offensive linemen Deuce Lutui and Alex Barron both had their veteran contracts terminated, while Seattle waived/injured defensive back Roy Lewis (knee), tight end Cameron Morrah (toe), defensive tackle Pep Levingston (knee) and linebacker Jamison Konz (shoulder).
Owens signed a one-year deal with Seattle (No. 22 in APPro32) on Aug. 7, following a sterling workout that had coaches and Seahawks staff raving about how good he looked for having not played an NFL game in more than 18 months.
He signed just before Seattle's first preseason game and made his debut in the second week against Denver.
But his preseason performance was more notable for the passes he dropped than anything he caught.
Owens dropped a potential 46-yard touchdown against Denver on a perfect throw from Matt Flynn. He failed to make a catch in any of his five targets against the Broncos and then had another glaring drop against Kansas City on Friday night.
He finished the preseason with just two receptions - a 40-yard catch from Russell Wilson where Owens had to slow down and lean back to haul in the pass and a 1-yard reception on a screen.
For as impressive as his long catch was in Seattle's 44-14 win over the Chiefs, it served as Owens' only highlight in a Seahawks uniform.
Owens was trying to make a comeback after not playing since Week 15 of the 2010 season while with Cincinnati. He sat out the entire 2011 season following surgery on his left knee and failed to receive any offers.

I disagree with 8:34 that all lawyers and judges are friends, but the system is very fluid and lawyers/judges wind up working with a lot of different judges/lawyers over their career and in different capacities. And it's not an unusual thing for a firm to contribute to a campaign.
Anyway, a campaign contribution disclosure was filed in 2008, so like 1:19 suggested what's the deal bringing it up now? Maybe she should sue/fire her lawyers instead...
And always, it is a judge's strong responsibility NOT to step down if they feel they can be impartial in the case.

The court system removes children from their homes because of inhumane treatment (child abuse), dangerous and neglectful conditions (unsavory characters and illegal behavior) and a host of negative overall conditions. Anybody can file for an appeal but there is no guarantee that you will get another day in court. A legal review board will review each application for an appeal and if they find a serious breach in the proceedings that warrants a retrial, one will be granted otherwise the original court ruling will stand. Therefore, because you file an application does not guarantee an appeal. Tameka's history with the courts is long and tainted she does not have credence.
Tameka, go home to your mother and spend some time there, listen to her words of advice. Do this Tameka because the decisions that you are making for yourself are neither positive nor productive. Stop the downhill spiral now. If for no one else do it for yourself and your children. Your older sons, their hearts must be broken seeing you racked over the coals on all the blogs and major media. Only you can stop this madness and you can do it now!
I for one LOVE it! You ladies asked for equality and THIS is what it looks like. Usher should IMMEDIATELY have the mother placed on court ordered child support and supervised visitation.
