Tameka Raymond has filed a motion for a new trial in her child custody case on the grounds that the judge is biased...
According to Straight from the A, Usher's attorney John Mayoue has won every case he ever tried in Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane's courtroom and Mayoue also happens to have raised 83% of the contributions made to Judge Tipton-Lane's re-election campaign.
Tameka's motion states Tipton-Lane did not disclose that information before the start of the child custody hearing.

I'm not surprised if what she says is true BUT who's footing her legal bills? Will she get a new attorney? The only ones benefiting from these celebrity squabbles are the lawyers' bank account.

Nothing unusual about him winning all his cases in her courtroom. That happens. Nothing to disclose.
If they can show that there was no reasonable way they could have known or should have known about the relationship between Usher's lawyer and the judge before the verdict, then they might have a chance.
If Tameka's lawyer knew about it or should have known about it already through due diligence and didn't say anything, then she's got some splainin' to do.
A lawyer who has knowledge of that is supposed to nip that in the bud, not wait until the trial is over and prolong the legal process and the media exposure.
All lawyers know that the media exposure one gets from a win in a sensational case like this can set them up for life.
Ummm...she does have custody of her other kids....joint custody..which is what she and Usher had before he filed for full custody. If you gonna hate on someone, at least do it with the right facts...

I never heard of getting full custody of children and the mother was not proven unfit. Opinion:From watching the BEHIND THE SCENES MUSIC SPECIAL of USHER where he basically TELLS ON HIMSELF,ABOUT ALL OF HIS OWN SERIOUS ISSUES,IF I were a judge I would NEVER give him sole or FULL custody of anybodies CHILD.
I believe the things USHER has said about HIMSELF.
In his OWN WORDS he has told us how damaged he really is.
There isn't a person alive that knows about Usher and Tameka's drama that didn't expect this would be the next move.
