Toni Braxton is being sued by a promotions company who claims she ripped them off for Braxton Family Values ads...

A company called National Promotions & Advertising filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming it entered into an agreement last year with the producers of Braxton's WEtv reality show -- including Braxton herself -- to promote the show's 2nd Season.
According to the lawsuit, NPA agreed to post 4,300 "BFV" posters around the country in exchange for a fat paycheck -- $57,322.29.
NPA claims it completed its end of the bargain in November -- days before the premiere of the show's second season -- but Braxton and her producing partners didn't pony up.
NPA says it's been trying to get paid ever since ... in vain ... and now, it's suing for its money ... plus damages.
A rep for Toni tells us the singer is not involved in marketing budgets or payables for the series, and says such decisions are handled by WEtv.

Unless she signed a contract, this lawsuit is bogus, and WEtv's responsibility. And that's not a lot of money in the ad sales world, sounds more like a neglected invoice.
For that amount of money they couldn't hire pookie and em to slap those shits all over ATL for a couple hundred?

Just waiting on the dumb, uneducated kneegrows to rear their ugly heads in here. Toni is Executive Producer and a cast member. She does not work for WEtv. She has no responsibility for what WEtv does in regards to marketing.
The lawsuit is frivolous and NPA is just trying to make a name for themselves by suing someone innocent and famous.
I hope that Toni files a counter suit and teaches them a lesson they'll never forget.
