Two problems, first of all, they are having a hard time casting a lead male for this role. Come on now, we are talking about a movie that starred Judy Garland, one of the greatist actresses of all time. To cast Beyonce in this role was laughable. Then Ms. B wanted them to hire A-list actors like Leonardo Dicaprio and Tom Cruise to be her lead man. Beyonce is not an actress and she needs to realize that.
