According to The Hollywood Reporter Chris Brown's pre-VMA pool party got shut down by the cops after fans crowed the streets and a couple was spotted having sex on the front lawn.
Neighbors are already complaining and regularly call the police to shut Chris down.

Read the original story...funny how you all say Chris Brown party shut down when the body of the article says that Rob Kardashian HOSTED the party that he was featured at. Justin Beiber was also rumored to have been going, so maybe that's why the street got crowded?
What exactly was Brown supposed to do about that or a couple having sex in the front yard of a party hosted by someone else? Part of the reason Brown is considered a "PR nightmare" is because of how the media chooses to report things, like this story. Some things he brings upon himself, others are media spin to enhance their version of who they want us to think he is.
Niggas like him are the reason for restricted neighborhoods.
