Back in March rapper Curren$y filed a lawsuit against Damon Dash for releasing his music without permission [click here if you missed that].
At the time Dame called the lawsuit frivolous but now he's suing his former attorney for botching the Curren$y deal...
According to reports Dame filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against his former attorney for failing to complete the paperwork on an oral contract with Curren$y that would have locked the rapper into a deal with Damon's BluRoc Records.
Damon claims losing Curren$y also cost him his distribution deal with Island/Def Jam and the loss of another artist called Stalley.
Dame is seeking $5 million in damages plus lawyer fees and court costs.
