The headbutting incident was Chad's SECOND misdemeanor domestic battery conviction and he could have gotten up to 364 days in jail but prosecutors tell Pro Football Talk that Eve asked the judge for leniency,
“She did not wish to proceed with the prosecution and certainly did not wish that Mr. Johnson be incarcerated as a result of this incident.”Chad has been ordered not to contact Evelyn in person, by phone, email, Twitter or Text.

If she wasn't going to press charges then there was no reason for all of this; it's just plain window-dressing. It's the follow through that counts. If you're going to put it out there in cyberspace and on the national news and then take it to Iyanla Vanzant to 'Fix My Life' that your 'husband' of 41 days abused you and you don't follow through and press charges then you just wasted EVERYONE'S time and made yourself look stupid in the process. He was never going to jail. It was a MISDEMEANOR. People charged with misdemeanors don't get jail time. If they wanted him to go to jail, they would have charged him with something more serious. Yes, a deal was made, but I doubt Eve had anything to do with it. I'm thinking it was more high-caliber lawyer work than anything. And gimmeafugginbreak! Y'all complain when they DO put black folks under the jail for minor offenses. Chad Johnson skates, and now y'all are composing about THAT. Unbelievable

Let me start by saying that he should not of head butted her but on the other hand we have all seen her gutter no broughtupsy behavior .She has no impulse control .. We weren't there but we can imagine that she had her forehead touching his yelling and cursing which is the only thing she's good at. people can say whatever they want but you can't provoke a violent man which according to her he was ,cause she says it wasn't the first time.
