People always feel that just because the mother gave birth to the children she should be the person raising them and that is not true. Some fathers are just as good or better at parenting as the mother. I can't say who is the better parent in this case but the Judge determined that Usher should have custody and she is the best person to make that call she she has access to Usher and Tameka's history.
