According to Mouth to Ears Usher was supposed to take custody of the kids yesterday but instead they'll be getting a few more weeks with their mother because Usher is off to tour London with Miguel.

What people need to realize is if this story was true Usher would be held in contempt of court for failure to comply to the agreement. He was already held once in contempt over the SAKS card, and don't think for a second Tameka would not be calling the court to let them know he did not pick up the kids. Hell, knowing these two an Officer of the Court will probably have to be present at the exchange, just to make sure both parties comply. She is using this as a ploy to get sympathy and support! She is playing on the fact that people probably don't understand how the court system works, when it comes to these issues. She needs more people! If he changed the date of pick up she agreed to it, and all of you that believe otherwise need to go and read a book or look up information on parent custodial laws. Its just that simple, instead of getting her life together to prove she can raise her kids, she stays on that simple bitch mentality of blaming others instead of improving herself.

People need to be careful what they read and how they twist stories. Usher was awarded primary custody of the kids, but that doesn't officially go through until Tameka's motion for a new trial is either denied or allowed. Until then, they are maintaining the ORIGINAL custody schedule which gives Tameka 18 days and Usher 12 days out of the month. There was never any set days for Usher to come and get his kids, he just had to call Tameka and give her 48 hours notice. So Usher still has time to spend 12 days out of this month with his sons seeing as it's just the beginning of the month. It's amazing how the blogger from that link left that information out when this is common knowledge by now. And then to throw in the "on the first day of the old anniversary"....Uh, who cares? Is Tameka reminiscing? Because no one but her could have put out this story. Tameka, you're story is all over the internet including your next court move and your previous court documents. Remember that next time you try to produce a sob story.
