Back in May before their bitter child custody battled ended with Usher winning primary custody of their two sons, rumors spread that Usher was trying to evict his ex-wife Tameka Raymond from one of the mansions he owns in Georgia [click here if you missed that].
At the time Tameka was quick to shoot down the rumors [click here if you missed that], but turns out they were true....
Tameka Raymond has lived at the Roswell adress for the past few years but in accordance with their 2009 divorce agreement Usher retained the right to sell the property at any time as long as 60 days notice was given, and according to TMZ that just happened.
A couple days ago Usher served Tameka with a 60 day notice to vacate the premises so now Tammy has to pack-up and move out.

wow. she should have had a lawyer read over the pre nup b4 she signed. usually the wife gets the house in a divorce if their are minor children, ESPECIALLY if there is infidelity. she keeps getting sucky advice and assistance.

However,Tameka seems like a smart woman. She won't be homeless. I wonder if this has anything to do with the primary custody verdict? The kids aren't with her, so no need to allow her to live there. In all honesty, I do not think Tameka is surprised at Usher's actions because they are two peas in a pod, which was one of the things that attracted them to each other in the first place--nasty attitudes and vindictiveness towards others.
As for Tameka it will be no ones fault but her's if she didn't stack her dough during the marriage, or get a decent lawyer to review the pre-nup, IMO.

I think Usher would have let her stay had she not attacked Grace and hadn't started acting crazy on him. It was cheaper for him to have her stay there based on their situation at the time. Now that he has the boys 51% of the time it's probably not going to be as costly anymore.

At some point she has to stop depending on Usher for financial support the marriage is over and now he has the kids. Usher probably would have felt sorry for her and let her stay a few months or maybe a year longer if she would have come off like a grieving mother like most people in her position would have done instead of continuing to want to fight a custody case that he was willing to give you a break from to grieve. But instead Tameaka continue to move full steam ahead on Twitter, doing interviews and continued the court case. Since it doesn't appear that she is grieving Usher is pulling out all the stops.
