People buy older and even run down homes all the time if they want a particular house or location, or the price is right or if they have the money to put into rehabbing it to their liking, so its age isn't really a big deal, especially if it is in fair condition.
I wouldn't want anything that's been sitting unoccupied for several years unless it had been regularly maintained along the way. Otherwise every insect and rodent in town could be running loose in there and the heating, cooling, and plumbing systems will most likely need lots of work.

I've been cominig on this site for over 4 years and I must say its a lot of haters. I rarely comment and if there is someone who makes a comment that I don't agree with I just scroll pass them. I think Tracy means no harm and if you find her annoying why not scroll pass her comments instead of disrespecting her and bullying her. I see understand when one comments to a racist statement but if someone is throwing scriptures even if I disagree I just can't understand how one could be so disrespectful..smh. God Bless you all
