For about 5 minutes last night TMZ posted a story claiming Phaedra Parks had settled her $30 million defamation lawsuit against Vibe Magazine over Angela Stanton's expose for a measly $2,500.00.
Did I mention the story was only up for 5 minutes..?
For weeks Lies of a Real Housewife author Angela Stanton has been taunting Phaedra Parks on Twitter claiming Phaedra's defamation lawsuit against Vibe had been thrown out.
Last night Phaedra's lawyer set the record straight and revealed Angela has been dodging her summons to court.

What kind of lawyer are you so that if i'm ever in trouble in ATL, I know not to contact you. 2,500...really dude you only got 2,500, so in other words you got 22.50 cause your attorney got 2,478.50 for her time, trouble and tweet. 2,500...and you are supposed to be all of that as far as attorney goes, well I guess if you couldn't beat Sheree's baby daddy what could anyone expect.

I really hope Phaedra's lawyer shut Angela down. She is a pest who thinks she's really doing something special by "exposing" Phaedra. Please. No one cares about Phaedra that much to want to all the details about her shady past.

@1250 Phaedra is well off, I dont think it was about the money but about defending her character, Phaedra does not seem like the top that would take everything you have because of something you said, but as attorney she will let you know that if you cant prove your facts, dont post and if you do be prepared to admit your wrong or pay up. I like Phaedra.
Why is a lawyer on twitter? Most lawyers I know don't have time for that mess.

Phaedra knows the value of a dollar, she will take that $2500 in a parking lot , stuff it in her bra , mumble "get money bitch" under her breath and be on her way...
the cased was dismissed out of federal court and she decided to got to state court. thats all she had left after she didnt want to take the 2500 they offered her. i believe shes just prolonging the situation and tying up the courts time. and i agree with what ever that time was...when did lawyers start getting in on twitter beefs. i think im going to start a career as a twitter judge. lol
