Unconfirmed reports claim Beyonce Knowles will be the halftime performer at this year's Superbowl...
A source familiar with Super Bowl XLVII told The Associated Press the Grammy-winning diva will take the stage at the halftime show on Feb. 3, 2013, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans. The source spoke on condition of anonymity because that person wasn't authorized to publicly reveal the information.
The official announcement is expected Wednesday, the source said.

I have come to the conclusion that Beyonce is hated so much because she's so successful.

Madonna, Britney, Christina, Mary J Blige, Janet and many other artists' sales have taken a huge dive. Even popular rock bands like U2 and Coldplay don't sell anymore. Pop and RnB music has changed a lot since those days. Give credit where credit is due. She can put together one hell of a live show.

Beyonce's father was the group's manager and like any good father would he pulled all the strings so that his daughter was the main beneficiary of the group, hence Beyonce getting 90% of the camera time in videos and rarely giving any of the others a chance to shine by singing lead on some of the songs. She completely hogged the limelight. The other group members were sold a lie, Matthew Knowles used them to help propel his daughter's solo career. She would have fallen flat on her face had she come out at the time as a solo artist as there were far better vocalists around. Therefore, she was packaged as being part of a girl group to save face, because if they flopped, well then they all flop together but if they did well which they did, Matthew ensured it would be her grabbing all the plaudits.

You need to do a little research of DC's early years. Matthew was not their manager from the start stupid. They were managed by Andretta Tillman until 94-95 when Matthew became their manager. Andretta had Beyonce singing the lead back then. DC formed in the mid 80's when they were little girls so for you to say that she didn't go solo back then because there was better singers around is plain stupid.
