That's a lie. A man of his means could have had monthly payments automatically sent to her via his Accountant and had a record of everything he was sending for his daughter. That's IF he really wanted (as he said) "money confirmed for his daughter".

Some of the people on here are so damn ignorant. It matters not who brought the child support case all it matters is it was brought. If Bow Wow did bring it then he is smart as hell. Any lawyer will tell you that it's smart to have something in writing. It protects both parties. If the father decides to stop paying for whatever reason then you as the woman would have no recourse other than trying to catch up with him and trying to get a case through the court. In the meantime, no support is paid. Or if the woman decides she wants to sue you for child support and say she has never gotten a penny from the father even though you'd been paying all along the courts are going to look at rather or not there are legal papers for child support. Otherwise, it's just money given from one party to another.
To me it sounds like he just wants to move on with his life and be done with the baby moms....they both need to wrap it up next time....as much as he may love his daugther I don't think he was really ready cause I don't know too many men willing to be away from the baby moms unless he is totally done with her.
