Pilar and Deion Sanders were back in court today haggling over their pre-nuptial agreement, which Pilar wants thrown out altogether...
In court on Wednesday, the attorney who represented Pilar Sanders in 1999 said that Deion Sanders agreed to give her an additional $100,000 in a “signing bonus” for their prenuptial agreement. That is the testimony of Bill Roberts, who said that he was present when the couple entered into the agreement. Deion claimed that Pilar requested the bonus in order to sign the prenuptial agreement.
The couple was married on April 21, 1999.
The attorneys for Mrs. Sanders said they have evidence that the agreement was a fraud and that her initials were forged. Pilar Sanders is now asking Judge Ray Wheless to throw out the marital agreement.
“This is greed. That’s all it is,” said Deion Sanders during a break at the Wednesday hearing.

Sanders' pre-nuptial agreement upheld
The bitter divorce battle between Deion and Pilar Sanders continued in a Collin County courtroom Wednesday.
The couple was at odds over their pre-nuptial agreement and child support payments.
Pilar's attorney's alleged the pre-nuptial agreement was partially forged and was also partially signed under pressure. Deion said his wife took the deal more than 12 years ago and is now seeking more money.
On Wednesday afternoon, the judge overseeing the dispute said Pilar signed the agreement, that she did so voluntarily and that she cannot bring the claim that it is invalid before the court again.
Pilar is also asking a judge to hold her husband in contempt of court. The former model claims he’s not paying the $10,500 per month child support that the judge ordered. Deion insists $10,500 is too much money and he claims he has been paying the maximum amount that the state allows, but didn’t specify an exact amount.
A decision on the child support has not yet been delivered.

Good question...my father was very abusive towards my mother. He gave my mother her first black eye while they were in high school. My mom filed for divorce and we left California back to Ohio. My twin brother was born sick and had to hospitalize for months. My mom told my father and you know what this fool did....instead of coming to see his sick son he chose not to respond to my families call to come and see his child who is named after him. He was absolutely pathetic!! Til this day I have never seen my father or talk to my father. When he was on his death bed dying, he finally sends my siblings and I a letter. It was too late by then. I never cried one tear when he died because he was a stranger to me. So men are just as bad!
