The tribute airing on Spike TV features Jamie Foxx, Tyler Perry, Keenan Ivory Wayans, Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, Tracey Morgan, Arsenio Hall, Charlie Murphy and others.
The night will include film shorts, musical performances, sketch comedy and an appearance by Eddie Murphy.
The Roots will serve as the house band.
