Yesterday Lies of a Real Housewife author Angela Stanton announced on Twitter that the defamation lawsuit Phaedra Parks filed against Vibe Magazine for publishing Angela's memoir had been dismissed [click here if you missed that].
Sources close to Phaedra say nothing could be further from the truth...
An insider tells Sister 2 Sister that the case was delayed not dismissed and that Phaedra was simply unable to locate Angela Stanton to file the necessary paperwork and now that that has been taken care of the legal action is moving forward.
The source confirmed to Sister 2 Sister that both Vibe and Angela are named in the lawsuit.
Angela says they're lying.

In fact many of us actually believe Angela Staton.
The problem is a judge cannot give any awards to a person where a criminal/illegal deal or action gone awry.
Simply put,A crack head cannot take a dope dealer to jail for selling him baking soda instead of crack.
And that's what Ms.Staton does not understand.
What Angela alleges that she and Phaedra were involved in was illegal.A criminal cannot take another criminal to court because one of them didn't get paid and went to jail due to criminal activity.
For example,If you get caught selling stolen property on behalf of someone else.You just got caught.You can't sue the person you were selling the stolen items for because you're mad they got away and all you got was a criminal record.

Yes, but what you fail to realize 12:06 is Angela is not taking her to court, it's the other way around its PHAEDRA that's suing ANGELA for defamation, and it's not defaming if the shit is true, so it will ALL come out in the wash, so Phaedra better quit while she's ahead!
