The shit is true... Phaedra admitted on season 2 reunion that Apollo was charged and later convicted of the RICO Act. And for those that are stupid all all holy hell, RICO stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act. Meaning he was running a damn organized auto theft syndicate just like the damn girl said in the book. Bitches be trying it.
