Toni Braxton fraudulently transferred $53,490 to her estranged husband in order to avoid paying back creditors in her bankruptcy case -- so says the trustee of Toni's bankruptcy estate.
According to new docs filed in Toni's ongoing bankruptcy case, Toni's estranged husband Keri Lewis received the 5-figure sum after Toni's money was already earmarked to repay creditors.

Why are they airing her financial information to the public? I guess they haven't heard of the fair debt collection practices act?
News Flash- Bankruptcy is not protected by FDCPA, it's a public filing.

After determining the assets and the debts of the estate, the Trustee recommends its findings to a Judge to determine what can and cannot be paid. The trustee must have found out about the transfer in the investigation and reported it. It's public record. You can find out if you were so inclined. The FDCPA has nothing to do with bankruptcy estates.

This is true that's why i said let the court determined the facts, because people are so quick to accuse people of fraud and sometimes it's not true the courts will work it out. Now if "United States Bankruptcy Court determine that the trustee findings are true then Ms. Braxton has a problem"
