Tameka and Usher Raymond were back in court yesterday for a hearing on the motion filed for a new trial in their bitter child custody battle.

According to Straight from the A, who was in court for the hearing, Tameka's lawyer pointed out that Usher lied when he told the court he was in negotiations with an unnamed show that filmed in Atlanta, New York and LA.
Shortly after the ruling awarding Usher custody of their two sons, it was announced that Usher would be joining The Voice, which tapes ONLY in LA. Shady.
A ruling is expected on the motion this week.

that kind of is a big deal considering his kids are rooted in the atlanta area. he seems so evil to me. He'll be filming the voice while the kids are with the nannies or his gf, when instead they could be with their mother? just makes no sense to me.

Too many of you Tameka stans act as if you know all details about this man's life. Remember people this is the way that Usher makes money, the money that Tameka will give her first-born and all the ones in between to get her hands on. You try to give the impression that Tameka is a loving nurturing mother, not true. There is never a mention about her oldest son only because he never brought in a monthly child support check. He wore stolen diapers and clothing his whole child-hood. Such a loving mother but she did not have primary custody of her two middle sons. Why is that? Usher sons are the money boys and that is what she wants: The Money. She needs to disappear at this point.

And given that "Straight from the A" has made it very clear that she is the spokesperson for Tameka, whatever is reported by that site is always going to be on Tameka's side/viewpoint.
@11:18 you are right, no one is ever going to be near the talent of Michael Jackson but he is good. As many couples that divorce they are going to be bitter. They need to let go of that and do what is best for the kids. Going through that now, but I would rather give up things to move on and be happy than be in court everytime I turned around.

7:00p Who cares what you think about anything. You seem to think your measly Benefits Card purchase of his CDs is going to make a difference in his lifestyle. I don't know all their business, but I think boys should be raised with their father at least by the age 10. He didn't take her kids away. She sees them, right? I think if mean started fighting for their kids it is a good thing for women in the future. We need our women and men to be more careful about who they choose to make families with.
