The man accusing Elmo voice actor Kevin Clash of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with him when he was underage has recanted his story...

Attorney Andreozzi & Associates, which acknowledged representing the 23-year-old man, said Tuesday, "He wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship," and said he would have no further comment. The firm has also represented victims of Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky.
"I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest," Clash said in a statement. "I will not discuss it further."

As a victim of childhood sexual abuse I do not sit well with this recant. Many victims recant when placed under threats and pressure.
I do believe I heard this morning on the news that an out of court settlement was reached. My question is: if you are innocent and there are emails and probably pics avialable when the two of them were involved, then it would prove in my opinion, if the former alleged victim was under age at the time or not.
