According to TMZ Cudi and his baby mama have been waging a bitter custody battle for over a year and Kudi just agreed to give the child's mother full custody.
Cudi's baby mama claimed in court documents that Cudi provided sporadic and inconsistent support and that he has violent tendencies and long history of drug and alcohol abuse.
In exchange for dropping the custody fight Cudi was awarded visitation rights.
