Baton Rouge rapper Lil Boosie beat murder charges back in May, but he's still locked up after pleading guilty to charges of setting up a drug ring inside Angola prison while awaiting his murder trial [click here if you missed that].
Sources say Boosie is on his way home...
Insiders tell Hip Hop Enquirer that Boosie's attorneys successfully argued that the drug ring charge was a set up, because the informant offered to provide syrup for Boosie, an admitted codeine addict, in exchange for his help.
Boosie is expected to be released in mid February 2013.
