Super producer Pharrell Williams is trying to unload his leak prone luxury condo in Miami...
According to Real Estalker Pharrell bought the 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath Miami penthouse back in March 2007 for $12.5 million and shortly thereafter got into a nasty dispute with the developer over massive leaks on the property including the pool, the Jacuzzi and the plant watering system.
Now Pharrell is looking for a sucker. I mean buyer. Skateboard P just hoisted the proprety on the market for $16.8 million.
