Looks like Chris Brown's girlfriend Karrueche Tran's clothing line The Kill Society might be dead on arrival...
Apparently there's already a clothing line called Kill Brand, that's a pretty big deal in their own right, and KB are preparing a lawsuit to wipe Karrueche's Kill Society off the face of the earth.
Both lines feature T-shirts and hats with the word Kill printed on the front, but only one company holds a trademark and unfortunately it's not Ms. Karrueche.
After a failed launch on 12/12/12 [click here if you missed that] Karrueche officially launches her version of The Kill [barring an injunction] this Thursday at Vanquish in Atlanta.
