Love and Hip Hop Atlanta's K. Michelle famously exposed Toya Wright's husband Memphitz on the first episode of LAHHA, claiming Memph beat her ass and stole her record advance [click here if you missed that].
Until now Memphitz has vehemently denied the claims but is he ready to 'fess up..?
Back in September Memphitz filed a defamation of character lawsuit against K. Michelle, Love and Hip Hop producer Mona Scott-Young and VH1 claiming they were damaging his reputation with malicious, false and misleading statements [click here if you missed that].
That was then and this is now.
Apparently Memph has quietly dropped his lawsuit and there was NO settlement from either side.

Michelle's attitude (although her one-liners are hilarious), but he denied the allegations and brought on the lawsuit after bloggers asked why doesn't he sue for slander, and now he drops the suit. As for this story I always thought K.Michele was a mess but I never thought she was lying on Memphitz. I still don't think she lied especially now with this story out.

God told him to drop the lawsuit. He wanted 15million compensatory damages and another 50mil for punitive damages. I think you're right; this was just for show. there are true A-List celebs who wouldn't walk away with a million dollar settlement, let alone 65million.
