Yesterday the hot tea was Chris Brown and Frank Ocean getting into a fistfight at an LA recording studio [click here if you missed that].
Surprise surprise witnesses say it was Chris Brown who threw the first punch...
According to these "witnesses" it all started because Frank Ocean refused to shake Chris Brown's hand.
Apparently Frank and Chris came face to face in the parking lot of Westlake Recording Studios and Chris extended his hand to Frank for a shake.
Instead of taking his hand Frank laughed in Chris' face and Chris sucker punched him. The situation turned into an all out brawl between their two posses, demolishing the Westlake lobby.
911 was called and Chris, who is still on probation for attacking Rihanna, hauled ass before police arrived.

This is a bullshit non story. Chris has a superb lawyer and will get out of this mess. Frankie won't press charges and there are conflicting witness reports.
