Chad Sued for Headbutting Evelyn

Chad Johnson is being sued by Zico Coconut Water because headbutting his wife Evelyn Lozada reflected poorly on their brand...

Back in August, one month after picking up an endorsement deal with Zico Coconut Water, Zico dropped Chad Johnson as a spokesman in the wake of his and Evelyn's growing domestic violence scandal [click here if you missed that].

According to TMZ Zinco paid Chad over $40,000 and now they want their money back.

Zinco claims Chad agreed to be a positive spokesperson and "refrain from engaging in any conduct that reflects unfavorably upon Zico."

So far Chad is refusing to return the cash.

What did it profit this ignorant black athlete to leave the ghetto, gain riches and fame, break NFL records and throw it all away because he couldn't transition from that ghetto, hood rat, thug mentality to a mature sensible grown man?

12:53 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!

Chad just give back the money, you took that company's money and didn't produce anything. Just give it back...I'm really surprised that you can be brought for so little money to endorse a product?

Lmao @ 12:53!

Give back the money Chad. You should have thought about what you'd be loosing before you were so foolish.

I believe that money might already be spent.

How did this reflect poorly on the company? I didn't know they were even associated until now. They need to sue him for not promoting their product in the first place.

Ditto 2:44. why even bring it up?

$40K check?! That's all. Well, if Chad Johnson can be purchased so cheaply and don't want to return the check, that is saying a heck of a whole lot.
