Last June Chris Brown and Drake got into a bottle throwing match in a New York night club after Drake allegedly made a slick comment to Chris Brown about sleeping with Rihanna [click here if you missed that].
A French model injured in the crossfire is suing Chris, Drake and the night club for damages.
According to TMZ Chris and Drake just filed lawsuits each asking a judge to find the other responsible for the fight so the victim won't have to cough up any dough in case the model wins his case.
