Earl 'DMX' Simmons was arrested in Spartanburg County last night for driving without a license...
DMX and his 5 month old daughter were cruising around Spartanburg at 1 o'clock in the morning when they were spotted by the Spartanburg County Sheriffs.
According to the Shefiff's report the arresting officer recognized DMX and was aware of his history of driving in Spartanburg without a license.
Around 2 am DMX was pulled over and taken to the Spartanburg County jail where he remained until he could see a judge at 6 am.
After his appearance in front of the judge DMX was given a fine, which he paid, and was released.

WTF? That country town is a ghost town after 7PM, so what makes him think the cops wouldn't pull him over at 2:am? To them, anyone out at that time is up to no good. That's how it is there. He was probably cruising looking for some drugs. That's stupid enough, but what kind of asshole takes their baby on a drug run. They should have charged that fool with child neglect. Well his ex-wife Teshera finally woke up. Last night on Starter Wives she was puttin that negro's awards on ebay and selling his old leather. Who keeps a shrine to a man that left you and your chidren high and dry, dumped you on a reality show and had six children while you were still married to him.
