One of Love and Hip Hop K. Michelle's favorite pastimes on the show was to clown Karlie Redd about her age.
K. Michelle regularly described Karlie as super super old, once called her an 'old Harriet Tubman bitch' and said Karlie marched on Washington with Martin Luther King.
But has K been shaving years off her own age as well...?

Gossip We Love did a little digging and discovered that the allegedly 26 year old singer is actually in her early thirties!

According to the currently signed Warner Bros artist's wikipedia page, K. was born on March 4, 1986 making her 26.
However, she went to FAMU with former "Basketball Wives: Miami" star, 32-year-old Royce Reed in 1999-2000 and won Homecoming Queen around that time.
So, [either K is lying about her age or] that would make her the youngest teen to be crowd Queen at 13 or 14 years old and also the youngest member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and Beta Alpha Chapter!

Speaking of reality shows, I was on another blog last night and they were talking about how Black reality shows, in particular, are steadily ruining the imagery of Black women and Black men, but then it went on to say how Black Americans watch 35% more television than any other race.

DUH!Everyone in the industry lies about their age. It's nothing new and it's a common policy. If someone exposes you, you just keep quite and hope "fans" don't care. This started WAY back when show business started.
And Karlie looks very good to be in 40s. She looks better than K Michelle.

On Topic: I'm 26 and both of these chicks look to be about my age. They both look good for their ages so I really don't see what the big deal is. Age is really just a state of mind people...Like many other things in life it is only what you make it.
Okay, calm down. EEVERYONE knows that wikipedia pages are most times not even done by the artist. They are not based on any set of facts that we can call credible sources, unless noted. She has never publicly lied about her age. Calm down snitch and take a few seats while you're at it.

Rashida's in her 40's too. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with being older and performing, but they forget people went to school with you, knew you way back when, etc. As for Rashida, she was already out when I was in high school and she was older than me.
