Last week it was reported that Mary J. Blige was being sued by two different banks over defaulted loans [click here if you missed that].
Mary responds to the negative press...
Hip Hollywood caught up with Mary J. Blige on the red carpet for the Vibe Impact Awards and asked how she deals with the negative reports.
"There's really nothing you can say about the negative things that are in the media about you. All you can do is keep pushing, keep your head up and just let people be people. [Let] haters hate and just do what you do. Use all of that to fuel you to do something better."

I hate when people say let the haters hate....could that just be their opinion of you? Everyone who does not like something or someone is not necessarily hating. Now Mary get your black ass down to the bank to make some arrangements to pay your debt.
I love Mary.I hope everything works out well for her financially and in her relationship.

Loves me some MJB!!! Her financial woes have no bearing on her talent and are none of my damn business.
I'm not sure why anyone would hate on a person that defaults on a bank loan, but what Mary should realize if no one ever told her is that each time a person defauts on a loan the cost is eventually passed on to the bank's customers. Many of whom work hard everyday and pay their bills ON TIME.
