TYRA BELIEVES NAOMI’S PROGRAM is a cheap rip-off of her own successful decade-long series, “America’s Next Top Model,” say sources.
Adding fuel to the fire, Naomi, 42, tapped Nigel Barker – a judge who was axed from Tyra’s show after 18 seasons – to host her new Oxygen Network competition.
“Tyra feels her rival is going for blood!” an insider told The ENQUIRER.
The 39-year-old beauty has plenty to be concerned about, say sources.
“America’s Next Top Model” has just been cut back from two seasons per year to one by the CW Network.
Meanwhile, Naomi’s show features a powerhouse line-up, including the runway superstar and fellow models Karolina Kurkova, 28, and Coco Rocha, 24, mentoring three teams of aspiring models competing to represent ULTA beauty products.

Tyra shut up you ruined your show when you decided to revamp the image and get new judges don't be mad because Nigel actually has a fan base that does not support you and don't be mad that "The Face" is more interesting than ANTM! Both are beautiful, both have strong personalities, both are entrepreneurs, and both would look a lot better without weaves. Personally, I think Naomi is a lot prettier. She has more of a natural unaltered black beauty.
I just saw pics of Naomi's hair loss and it looks pretty bad. Her hair is really damaged. She has no edges and no hairline. It could be a number of things as to why and how it got that way i.e. alopecia or stress. Wearing weaves and not having a black beautician treating it properly or her not knowing how to take care of it could have contributed to her hair loss, too. Our hair is very fine and is prone to breakage if you straighten it excessively everyday, overload it with chemicals and dyes and not upkeep your perms and relaxers. IMO, perms and relaxers are very harsh on our hair, which is why I never had one. Healthy hair starts from the root. Depending upon your hair type, you should always keep it moisturized with a light hair grease or oil. Wearing it natural (afro style) will repair and replenish damaged hair. No, I'm not a beautician, but my mother was.
@8:16-cosign everthing, especially the part about keeping the hair moisturized! I am tempted to walk around with a big can of sheen/oil spray and give some people with dusty dry hair a good spritz!
I guess keeping our hair and scalp oiled/moisterized is "old fashioned" and "old school". Then some of us wonder why our hair doesn't grow. The hair is growing, but breaking off like "dry sticks" (Grandma's words) before we can see the growth!

Naomi hair has grown back. If you watched the show you can clearly see her hairline. Regardless, Tyra is beneath her and has always been beneath her. I use to like both black women, but when Tyra started putting trannies on ANTM I was done. The Face is interesting to me, plus Nigel is on there and the other super models.
