As a daughter from a divorced marriage, my mom chose to stop fighting my dad for custody of me and growing up I felt she didn't want me abd our relationship never regained it's footing. In many cases, it is not up to the child to decide where they want to be and I had judges who didn't listen whatsoever to my wishes.
Now I'm a mom, and with my dying breath I would never ever stop fighting for my child and casually "go shopping" to get back at the father. Kids never forget, and will always remember what was more important was a shipping trip.

Since this was THEIR choice, then they gotta live with it, if Pilar doesn't feel like being bothered with their asses on visiting days.
The jurors said that she should have SHARED custody of her daughter with that fuck, but he went and filed a legal document to get full custody of her as well saying that the kids should not be "broken up".
