According to The National Enquirer Michael's pre-nup with Yvette limits her to $1 million for every year they were married in the event of divorce.
If the marriage lasts 10 years Yvette will receive $5 million a year if they break up.

@10:53 it works out that she will get a million a year for the first 10 years and then after that it increases to $5 million. So if they divorce at 12 years she will get the $10 mil for the first 10 years and then $10 mil for the next two, for a total of $20 mil for 12 years of marriage. This is very smart so she is not staying with him like Pilar did with Deion for 14 years and only leaving with $1 million. Pilar's pre-nup was robbery.

No pre-nup is null after 10 years. I think you may be thinking of Vanessa and Kobe and in their case there was NO pre-nup. If you recall, Kobe was a legal adult when he began to date and marry Vanessa and the laws for statutory rape could have been excercised by her parents in that case which is why I believe he would have married her so young and with no protection. But with reference to the 10 years in CA, after a marriage hits the 10 year mark, the wife is entitled to more alimony if the couple is married 10 years or more. Vanessa was smart, Michael is smart, Deion was smart.
