Brandy had been hyping up her performance at the Urban Music Festival all day Friday but come show time concert promoters told the crowd Brandy wouldn't be there because of flight delays.
Meanwhile earlier Tweets about being in town were mysteriously deleted.
Brandy later took to Instagram to apologize for the mix-up.
