Welp, it's official...
Kevin Hart has been officially charged with driving under the influence.
Kevin was pulled over driving 90 mph on an L.A. freeway and almost crashed into an oil tanker.
According to TMZ Kevin blew .15 on a road side breathalyzer, nearly twice the legal limit.
Kevin has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and faces up to a year in jail.
