Gucci Mane pleads not guilty to aggravated assault after being accused of striking a U.S. soldier in the head with a champagne bottle...
Back in March an arrest warrant was issued for Gucci Mane after a solider claimed he approached Gucci in the V.I.P. section of an Atlanta night club and asked to take a picture.
According to the solider that's when Gucci and friends attacked leaving him with a gash on his head that required stitches [click here if you missed that].
During his hearing Gucci's attorney argued there is no evidence that his client is guilty other than the victim's word against Gucci's.
The solider is also filing a civil suit.
