Back in January Allen Iverson was ordered to pay his ex-wife Tawana $8,000 a month in child support to care for their five children after their divorce became final [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Allen hasn't been paying...
According to TMZ Tawana Iverson filed papers in family court last week alleging Allen has not paid a dime in child support since the ruling and owes her a whopping $40,000.
Tawana wants the judge to make Allen pay up or toss his ass in jail.
A ruling is expected later this week.
